Rice Matched Pfam Domains and Interpro Protein families, Domains and Functional Sites

Matched Pfam Domains

Provided below are three methods to search for matched Pfam domains in proteins from the Rice Genome Annotation Project Database.

Enter either a Pfam profile or Pfam domain key word(s) to select genes containing Pfam domains from the Rice Genome Annotation Project Database. The search is case insensitive. Otherwise, you can view the Pfam domain matches for a model by entering the Locus Indentifier.

Examples: Input PF00069 in Pfam profile text box or
"Protein kinase domain" in text search box
to find all genes containing protein kinase domain(s) in the Rice Genome Annotation Project Database.
