Alternative Spliced Genes in the Rice Genome Annotation Project Pseudomolecules

Rice EST sequences and full-length cDNA (FL-cDNA) sequences were used to curate alternatively spliced genes in the Rice Genome Annotation Project Rice Pseudomolecules (Release 6.1) . The alignments of EST/FL-cDNA to rice genes were validated by manual annotation or using the PASA program. PASA was recently updated to better identify alternatively sliced assemblies. The detailed results for these alternatively spliced rice genes can be retrieved below for each rice chromosome.
