Motif Searches on the Rice Pseudomolecules
 

Select a chromosome and motif search type to display a list of motif hits on the chromosome. The motif predictor programs available are: TMHMM (Transmembrane Domains), SignalP v3.0 (Signal Peptides and Anchors), and Predotar (Cellular Localization).
