Highly Expressed Genes in Rice

Using EST frequency data, this tool allows users to quickly identify a set of genes that are highly expressed in certain tissue. The output is a list of rice gene models, oligonucleotides mapped to the gene models, putative functional annotation for gene models, and frequency of the matched ESTs.

After the results are generated on a new web page, please click the rice locus identifiers for detailed information.

Note, if you wish to query tissue specific expression for a specific locus, go to our Rice Gene Expression Anatomy Viewer and Digital Northern page.
