Redundant and Unmapped BAC/PAC Clones

There are 499 BAC/PAC clones from the IRGSP that are not included in Release 6.1 of our pseudomolecules. These BAC/PAC clones are either redundant with other clones contained within our build or have not been physically mapped. To provide the community with the location of these BAC/PAC clones in our current pseudomolecules, we searched these 499 BAC/PAC sequences against our 12 pseudomolecule sequences. We identified the BAC/PAC clone location with the DDS alignment program (X.Huang et al, 1997) using a cutoff of > 90% identity and > 50% length coverage of the BAC/PAC. Most of the BAC/PAC locations were identified and their coordinates on the pseudomolecules are available below. In some instances, BAC/PAC clones could not be located within our pseudomolecules.

Note that our pseudomolecules do not represent the pseudomolecules generated by the IRGSP.

You can view the details of the redundant or unmapped BAC/PAC clones by selecting chromosomes, BAC/PAC names or BAC/PAC GenBank accessions.
